HIPER ELECON
HIPER ELECON has been developed to prevent the static electricity raised at the films touching to the Stretch Nip Roll or Touch Roll.On the other hand, it has an excellent result with the various characteristic resistances as well as the resistance of wear and the efficiency of anti-ozone have been leveled up drastically comparing to the quality of usual rubbers.Besides it has an excellent result of the smoothness and anti-meandering motion of for the films because of the low surface coefficient of friction and it is the bright-colored characteristic materials having the various high performance effects suitable for the general uses in the various manufacturing area.
In some case the more smoothness i.e. a lower friction quality is required, a special surface treatment i.e. ACT Process can be applied to the rubber roll surface.

BLACK NEON
BLACK NEON is the rubber roll can be used widely in the various manufacturing areas as an impression cylinder roll or a touch roll or feed roll and etc.
It is the rubber materials having the ozone resistance of usual neon characteristic plus the electric conductivity and also it is the special compounds excellent at the resistance for wear, pressure and permanent distortion.
In some case the more smoothness i.e. a lower friction quality is required, a special surface treatment i.e. ACT Process can be applied to the rubber roll surface.

WHITE ELECON
WHITE ELECON is the rubber roll can be used widely in the various manufacturing areas as an impression cylinder roll or a touch roll or feed roll and etc. The usual electric-conductive rubber roll is given the electric-conduction by blending the black carbon and in some case the use of that was limited because the finished rubber roll products are all black color only. Therefore Meiwa developed the white electric-conductive roll with Meiwa’s own technology for making an electric conductivity not blending the black carbon.
